The staff in the front were very friendly and welcoming and they got my car in and out in less than an hour and got my brakes to stop squealing. Every time my car has a problem they are able to fit me in to their schedule and fix it in a timely fashion. They provide exceptional service from State Inspections, oil changes to major repairs. Rocco and Bill take the time to explain what is needed and will give you the price of each individual service before performing the job. Scheduling is easy and turn around is very reasonable.

Excellent customer service. I took my 2014 Dodge Charger R/T in because of a troublesome P3441 code (cylinder 6 deactivation control circuit) and the technicians at Raleigh Car Care were incredible. Not only did they replace the problematic cylinder 6 solenoid, how quickly they did it is evidence of their experience with Mopars. What a great service! We relied on Raleigh Car Care to recently sell a vehicle for us and they did a fantastic job in a very short amount of time. They helped us price the car competitively but get what we wanted for the car. There were a few minor repairs needed and they coached us through the ones that would add value and the ones that would not. So, we completed only the work that would add value and we recouped that by increasing the sales price. They handled all of the showings and transaction with the buyer making the process extremely easy and seamless for us. The fee that they charge for this service is very fair and worth every penny to relieve us (seller) of the risk of showing the vehicle to strangers. If you're ever considering selling a car, whether on your own or through CarMax or another dealer, call Raleigh Car Care first. You'll be grateful that you did and will end up with more proceeds in your pocket.
